Justice Reforms

The Justice Sector Reforms intend to develop a holistic sector-wide reform framework for strengthening the rule of law, justice and human rights. The reforms are aimed at implementing innovative strategies to increase equal access to justice for all especially marginalised and vulnerable groups. They are aimed at facilitating the identification of and consensus on issues relating to the rule of law, justice and human rights for consideration through the constitutional making/review process.
